Ordering & Delivery
How fast will my order arrive?
Order before 11:59 PM and we'll ship your package the same working day. PostNL will deliver it the next working day to your home, at work, or to a pickup point of your choice.
What are the shipping costs?
Within the Netherlands and all EU countries (Belgium, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, …) you pay € 4.95 for packages up to 30 kg. Shipping is free from € 50. A flat rate of € 19.95 applies to countries outside the EU. The minimum order value is € 20.
Which carrier delivers my package?
We ship everything with PostNL. As soon as your package is on its way, you'll automatically receive an email with tracking so you can see exactly where your order is in real time.
Can I have my order delivered to a pickup point?
Yes, at checkout you can choose to have your order delivered to a PostNL pickup point near you. Perfect if you're not home during the day. You'll receive a notification as soon as your package is ready for pickup.
Can I still modify or cancel my order?
Did you accidentally order something wrong, or do you want to add something after all? Please contact us as soon as possible via info@candyonline.nl. As long as your package hasn't been picked up by PostNL yet, we can usually still make changes or cancel.
My package hasn't been delivered yet — what can I do?
First check the tracking info in your confirmation email. If there's no update after the expected delivery date, just email us at info@candyonline.nl. We'll look into it right away. If the package is lost by PostNL, an investigation can take up to 30 days, but after that we'll definitely make it right for you.
Do you also deliver to Belgium and Germany?
Absolutely. We ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and most countries in Europe. Enter your address during checkout to see the exact shipping costs and delivery time for your country.
Payment
What payment methods can I use?
You can safely pay with iDEAL, Bancontact, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Maestro, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna. At checkout you'll see all the options that are available for your country.
Can I pay later?
Yes. Through Klarna you can pay afterwards, so you can enjoy your sweets first and pay later. You'll receive a payment request by email after delivery with all the details and payment terms.
Is paying online at CandyOnline safe?
Our checkout runs through Shopify Payments, with SSL encryption and 3D Secure verification. We never see or store your payment details ourselves. It doesn't get safer than that.
Will I receive an invoice with my order?
Yes, you will automatically receive an invoice by email as soon as your order has been processed. If you haven't received it, please also check your spam folder or email info@candyonline.nl with your order number.
Can I add my discount code later?
Contact our customer service at info@candyonline.nl. As long as your order hasn't been shipped yet, we can still apply the discount to your order and refund the difference.
Returns and warranty
Can I return my order?
You have 14 days from receipt to change your mind. Products must be unopened and undamaged in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or partially consumed food items.
How do I register a return?
Send an email to info@candyonline.nl with your order number and the products you want to return. You will then receive instructions from our customer service within one business day with the return address.
Who pays for the return costs?
Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless we've sent you something wrong or a product arrived damaged. In those cases, we'll of course sort this out for you at no cost.
When will I get my money back?
Once we have received and inspected your return, we'll refund the amount to your original payment method within five business days.
My order is incomplete or damaged. What should I do?
Let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing info@candyonline.nl — preferably with a photo. We'll get this sorted for you as quickly as possible, typically within one working week.

How long is your candy good for?
Every product packaging shows a best-before date. We use fast inventory rotation, so you'll always receive fresh products with plenty of shelf life. Store your sweets in a cool, dry place for the best quality and freshness.
Do you have sugar-free or vegan sweets?
Yes! We carry a wide selection of sugar-free, gluten-free, lactose-free, vegan, and halal sweets. Easily filter by allergens on our dedicated page or within any collection using the side filters.
I have a question about ingredients or allergens.
For specific questions about ingredients, allergens, or E-numbers, you can email us at info@candyonline.nl. Mention the exact product and we'll find the right answer from our supplier.
Can you also deliver bulk or large orders?
Absolutely. In the Bulk Packs category, you'll find affordable great-value kilo packs and party bags for celebrations, schools, offices, and events. For very large orders, feel free to email us for a custom quote.
Do you also have a physical store?
CandyOnline is fully online. We ship everything directly from our own warehouse in the Netherlands, without any middlemen or dropshipping. This way we keep our prices sharp and our freshness high.
Account and Service
Do I need to create an account to order?
No, you can also checkout as a guest. However, an account makes it easier to find your order history, checkout faster, and take advantage of our loyalty program.
Do you have a loyalty program?
Yes! Every order automatically earns you points towards a discount on your next purchase. Simply log in to your account to view your current balance and available benefits.
How do I sign up for the newsletter?
Enter your email address in the newsletter section at the bottom of the homepage. You'll receive a welcome email right away with 12% off your first order, plus exclusive deals and news.
How can I unsubscribe from my newsletter?
At the bottom of every newsletter email, you'll find a link to unsubscribe directly. You can then sign up again at any time via the homepage.
